An excellent Mac OS X GUI for accessing MySQL servers. It’s available from http://cocoamysql.sourceforge.net/. There is a 0.7 beta version available, this can also connect to MySQL 4.1 and 5 versions.

- Another MySQL frontend for Mac OS X is YourSQL, but it can not create InnoDB tables.
