I am known as dema in the Rails community.
Started using Ruby on Rails in my computer science masters degree thesis on semantic web technologies, combining ActiveRecord and the ActionPack with RDF and Sesame.
I work as the chief software architect at Interface TI, a start-up born within one of the most prestigious computer science universities in Brazil, PUC-Rio
We are a small and aggressive team that builds great web software products. In the past five years we’ve been using Microsoft technology, mostly the .NET Framework and the C# language.
Lately, we prefer to use Ruby on Rails as it gives us superpowers and allows our team to build better, faster and cheaper web-based software.
